This Privacy Notice explains how The Partnership Tool ("ThePartnershipTool," "we," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when:

- Affiliate Network Credentials and Connected Account Information. Information you provide to connect affiliate networks, platforms, or other third-party services to the Platform, such as account identifiers, authentication credentials, access tokens, or API keys. We store and use this information only to the extent necessary to authenticate connections, retrieve data, and provide the Platform's reporting and analytics functionality.
- Commercial, Transaction, and Program Data. Information associated with affiliate programs and performance, including transaction-level data, publisher or partner information, commission data, click and conversion activity, earnings and revenue data, program settings, and related metadata. This information may be provided by you, uploaded by you, or retrieved automatically from connected third-party networks and platforms.
- Payment and Billing Information. Payment-related information necessary to process subscriptions or fees. Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Device and Other Online Identifiers. Information we collect automatically when you access or use the Platform, such as internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, session identifiers, login timestamps, cookies, and similar technologies. - Internet or Other Network Activity. Information about your interactions with the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, navigation paths, time spent on the Platform, error logs, and performance or usage analytics. This information may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
- Geolocation Information. General location information derived from IP address or similar data, such as city, state, or ZIP code, which we may use for security, analytics, and operational purposes.
- Information from Third Parties. Information we receive from third-party services you choose to connect to the Platform, such as affiliate networks, analytics providers, or identity providers. Some information processed through the Platform is provided by users or obtained from third-party services at the direction of users through connected accounts and integrations. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such information to the Platform.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable law, except as necessary to provide the Platform or as otherwise permitted by law.

We process information made available through connected third-party services solely to provide the Platform's functionality and at the direction of our users.
We may use your personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To Operate, Maintain, and Support the Platform. To support our core business functions, including providing and maintaining the Platform; authenticating users; enabling connected third-party services; processing payments; providing customer support; managing internal operations; and protecting the security and integrity of our systems.
